  • Payment Information: Processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store card details.
  • KYC Documents (Partners): Aadhaar and PAN details for identity verification.
  • Device Information: FCM tokens for push notifications.
  • Chat Messages: Messages between users and partners during active bookings.

  • To process bookings and payments.
  • To verify partner identities (KYC).
  • To send booking updates, notifications, and service-related communications.
  • To match users with nearby available service partners.

  • With assigned service partners (name, phone, address) to fulfill bookings.
  • With payment processors (Razorpay) to process transactions.
  • With SMS providers to send OTP verification codes.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion:

  • Your personal information (name, email, phone, addresses) is permanently deleted.
  • Your partner profile and KYC documents (if applicable) are removed.
  • Booking history is anonymized but retained for business records.
  • This action is irreversible.
